Rates and Policies
Rates per Suite
- July - August, and Christmas – New Years $1,200 /week
- June and September: $850/week
- October through May: $600/week
- Nightly rates available minimum two nights accommodation
- Off Season monthly rates available
- GST extra
- Pets $10 per day extra.
Reservation Policy
- A deposit of half of the rental fee is required to secure reservation.
- Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- A cheque in the amount of $400.00 is required for the damage deposit 14 days prior to arrival which will be returned upon inspection of premises after departure.
- Additional $100 damage deposit for pets.
- Visa or MasterCard are accepted for accommodation rental.
Cancellation Policy
- A $25 administration will be charged for cancellation 30 days or more prior to reservation.
- Within 30 days of reservation, the Security Deposit will be forfeited for bookings June – September; plus Christmas and New Years.
- Within 15 days of reservation, the Security Deposit will be forfeited for bookings October – May; excluding Christmas and New Years.
Beach House Guidelines
- Lower suite guests may park by stairs to lower suite, upper suite may park in front of house.
- No more than maximum posted number of overnight guests in the Beach House without prior approval.
- No Smoking inside the Beach House.
- Please clean up after your pet with the waste bags provided.
- No excessive noise between 11 PM and 7 AM.
- Any damage to the accommodations or contents within will be reimbursed fully by the guest.
- Please review and follow all guidelines posted in the Beach House.
- Check in after 3:00 PM and check out 11:00 AM without prior arrangement.
- For extended stays, linen service will be provided.
